Mr Mover provided me with the best moving experience I've had in NY. Their sales staff was courteous and helpful even when I threw them a few last minute curve-balls. More surprisingly, the crew they sent out was equally obliging and went out of their way to keep me from incurring any extra charges. And my move wasn't easy...there were 25 steps straight up a hill at my new residence and they didn't flinch. Nor did they slow down...everything was unloaded and in my apartment in under 2hours. I would highly recommend Northstar and understand why they are consistently rated Best of Citysearch in NY.

Mr Mover has been moving my clients for the last 8 years. I am a real estate professional who referred literally hundreds of moves to Mr Mover . If ever anything "went south" they were always ready, willing and able to make this right. Of course, this rarely happened. I take comfort in knowing that all employees are back ground checked, great tested and NOT illegal labor. My reputation could be in jeopardy if this was the practice and I can't afford any mistakes. If you need a good mover you don't need to look anywhere else. The most professional moving service I know of anywhere in the New York City Area. They even move interstate!

Excellent Experience with Mr Mover! I have used Mr Mover in NYC and Miami Florida twice since moving to the NY area from Miami and I have to say I had a great experience both times. The movers were courteous and extremely helpful and very careful with moving everything. I used them to rearrange furniture in my home and also to pickup new furniture from a clearance center in ikea and other vendors. Very efficient, on time and friendly.

Moving is always a hassle, but the gentlemen at Mr Movers were terrific - helping me move my prized possessions quickly, efficiently and, most importantly, carefully! James and Arthur were very helpful and extremely patient with my move and all the extras (storage unit, etc.). I would recommend this service to anyone. Thanks again Mr Mover.

Mr Movers came highly recommended to me from friends at my office - when I called, the guy who answer the phone (James ) had this quick respond type of representation (the way I like it) - he didn't waste any time - he knew the building I was going to move into - he knew how long it's going to take- and most important he made me feel comfortable : he was honest and this guy knew what he was talking about - every scenario I asked about - he had a direct, straight forward answer . The price was fair - and it was a guaranteed price ? Mike explains how this system is better the hourly charges - and what can I say? It makes sense. The day of the move came - and the guys arrived 10 minutes early. The head guy - Lenny (I hope I got the name right) filled up the paperwork with me - and the next thing you know - this guys started to run up and down the stairs in a chain system. now, this no joke, I had a lot of stuff and everything came down 6 flights of stairs, this guys didn't stop for a break - even item that wasn't so important - they wrapped and protected, Lenny (the head guy) was commanding the guys and they obey for what ever he said with respect. It was like watching a Special Forces platoon in action. when we got to the new building the superintendent was kind of fussy - he start giving us attitude both me and the movers - but, again James handle the situation in the coolest way - the just kept working till the super came down. At the end - I was very happy, and when I gave them the tip - they all thank me. I'm telling you - you don't meet people like that every day. These guys are awesome ? Mr Movers are the best.
